SMS Railroad? Nothing about RBMN 425?

Uh...excuse my confusion from reading the description...but the only blue locomotive I see in this photo is the Reading & Blue Mountain 4-6-2 No. 425. Those locomotives on the curve to the right look to be in the Reading Green/Yellow scheme. Am I missing something? Interesting photo...too bad the description doesn't match what we're seeing.
