This train normally has 2 Chargers in either end. I suspect that another Michigan or Illinois train needed a Charger, since the far unit here isn't motorized, and is only a cab car, with the ability to carry luggage, or packages.

And my Illinois tax dollars in Michigan. Have to wonder why they would have a charger on each end, 8000+ HP on a 6 car train when one loco seems to handle it ok with a cabbage.
