Why on earth would CSX shut down Radnor? It is and has been a part of the community for decades. I do not understand railroads sometimes and their thinking process at all. Why change out signals all the time? Why replace locomotives all the time? Just because it is old does not mean it usefulness is no longer. Go to Roanoke, Virginia and take a look at all the Norfolk Southern locomotives in the dead line. Hundreds of them not being used.
