I frequently pass by when I am in Delray Beach visiting my mother. I had no idea it was so big. While it would have been nice to see it still used as a depot, you are correct the shortage of parking. Also, the location between the track and I-95 would have required a traffic light on Atlantic Ave.
I have heard there are plans afoot to re-purpose the property. We shall see.
