Tom, An amazing catch that tells us much about this specific time for these RRs. It was neat how another Midwest RR (ICG) picked up most of the SD24s as a form of cheap motive power, and rebuilt them for many years of service on their mainline, right by my home. Just last year, I was suddenly able to see the very short visit of the Illinois Midland unit here in Grand Rapids, Michigan before it left the Marquette RR.
