I enjoy seeing these situations, because despite the neglect and conditions, they may show dedication to rail service, or often renewed rail service after a significant lapse of time. Although track conditions are a concern, one hopes that these sidings can continue to be served by rail. Cargill has the money to improve this, but is obviously unwilling to invest in this track, for whatever reason. I'm assuming that is a Cargill loco there, or a lease.
