For some reason, black diesels and mixed-color freight cars are one of my favorite things. It's also not something I associate with Europe.

Looks very similar to an ALCo locomotive, only the cab is higher up. Very colorful mix of cars making this a rather colorful consist. Thanks for posting this awesome photo, Pawel.

As a matter of fact, TEM2 is a Russian version of ALCO RSD-1, known in Poland as TEM2 or SM48. Of course its a bit later modified version.
