So a bit more on this: I actually knew this was coming a couple hours ahead of time--a post on a Facebook group mentioned it was ordered on duty at 0700--but figured I'd miss it by the time I left the house. I forgot it takes about 3 hours for the briefings, put the train together, air test, etc. every time the OCS moves, so I went over to Juniata to find it rolling up the industrial to WORKS. I quickly told myself to get downtown, then overrode that for Horseshoe Curve on account of the weather.
