The bridges that you are referring to are part of the PRR's Schuylkill Division, which had its tracks ripped up in the 1970's. The bridge in the video is the Peacock’s Lock Viaduct on the RDG main between Tuckerton and Leesport. The one photo that I have from there: http://www.railpictures.net/photo/643978/

I've made little headway in decoding the tracks in Reading. It looks like it was a real beehive, with many abandonments and realignments.
