Posted by Rick Erben on April 1, 2018  J. David Ingles' recent book "Wabash Railroad Color Pictorial" identifies this location as Springfiled, IL. It also suggests the year is either 1963 or 1964 as the 820 and 821 were ex-Ann Arbor units that only lasted for a year on Wabash.
