Thanks for that great shot. I suggest a few of those units were ''deadheading'' as transfers along with low weight string of bare tables. Probably an inventory balancing tranfer between Port of Oaklanf and Port of LongBeach.

UP has been short on power for a while in these parts. There have been a few power moves between Roseville and West Colton since December. The only thing worse is it's huge shortage of trainmen right now. Conductors in Bakersfield are making more than the engineers right now because they are working CONSTANTLY. Working two days out of town for every 10 hours spent at home resting. Get it while the gettin' is good lol
