I see the Santa Train weather remained consistent with years past. Nice shot.

Beautiful shot Chase, in a lovely scenic area. Thanks for posting and keep those F units coming.

Beautiful photo In a great scenic area. I love this lash up, and would be thrilled to see something like this in Southern California. Thanks for posting, and best regards.

Quite likely the most iconic image of the entire run, and done the only way to convey the magnitude of the event. Thanks for sharing.

Is the second loco a Seaboard Coast Line EMD SD45? I can't quite tell and I'm guessing it is. A truly spectacular photo & location Chase. PCA for me.

I'll second Kevin's comment above! Excellent shot, very nicely composed. Amazing to see "56" favorites and yet no PC, but who's keeping track, lol.

My first comment was incorrect believing that the SD45 was SCL, was great finding out it was Clinchfield as well.

The F-unit was beautiful in its fresh paint. The old pictures I saw of the f-units, often were dirty and grimy.

Sometimes you could read the railroad name.
