Posted by Kevin Burkholder on August 16, 2017  The RDCs are not yet up to date on FRA inspections and need some minor items replaced. They will be in service soon enough under their own power, but to get them to the former Bombardier plant, the geep was necessary. Posted by John Westfield on August 16, 2017  Thanks Kevin.
