This locomotive would be neat to see in operation. I have no doubt that rides on this locomotive sell out well in advance...it would certainly be a memorable experience.

The steam engine like rods on the wheels suggest something other than electric traction motors. Is this an electric-hydraulic?

In each porch there are 2 electro motors, which are powering a countershaft, which is connected with rods to the wheels.
