Kind of a comment on how quickly drones have become a part of the landscape, in that the "day before drones" was only 3 years ago.
Also, I'm not considered an "eco nut" by any means, but one can understand the concerns over coal dust from passing trains. Sure seems a dust control measure of some sort would be worth looking into...
