These are no longer GECX owned locomotives. They are now owned by the Navejo Mine Railroad with reporting marks TNMR.

Why truck them instead of movement by rail ?

The railroad has no outside connection.

@Ringo Clark They need to be trucked because the Navejo Mine Railroad does not have any rail connections to the US rail network.

Can't be TNMR, that still belongs to Texas New Mexico RR.
