Straight out of the 40's! Fantastic mood, this picture is worth of hanging on every rail photographer's wall as an example of the best of this trade. My PCA of course.

That's an impressive steam plume coming out of the whistle with an equally impressive smoke plume from the stack. Number 113 looks like she was built as a heavy 0-6-0 switcher. So she probably has plenty of power and could pull just about anything in the rail yard they could have thrown at her back in the 'day'. Nicely presented in black and white too!
