Jan Lindahl - This is an annualy event taking place in Romania in early june. Thousands of hungarian pilgrims arrive here at the Pentecost holiday. Is one of the biggest and oldest pilgrimages in Eastern Europe, the tradition it's about 500 years old. The main event is in Sumuleu Ciuc, Harghita county (about 50 kilometers west from the above-photo location). The picture above, represents the exact place of the former border between Romania and the Austro-Hungarian empire, in Ghimes-Faget, Bacau county, Romania.
