Nice shot- thanks for the memories. My wife and I were in one of the open-window coaches, a few cars back. It was an exciting ride out of Cumberland at mainline speeds, and then a long, hard pull to the summit. We passed an eastbound freight somewhere near this spot, led by Chessie (B&O) GP40-2 No. 4192.
