In 2005 we had our honeymoon in hotel with a room overlooking this scene. I don't know of it is that fountain shown or another but somewhere out there was a fountain which apparently was designed to make a sound like machine gun fire; it carried even through closed window glass, and though I've never been in the service that sound kept me from relaxing and enjoying the experience.
