A very impressive exhaust plume! It suggests A LOT of diesel noise.

Yes, there is noise when the train passes by, but at this point the head end is a little less than a mile away (see mile marker about ten wells back from the power). I think Cajon tends to be noisier because the sound echos off the canyon walls, while out on the Needles Sub, the sound travels farther because there are less physical obstacles.
