A great photo sad and sweet. We will miss Ringling Brothers Circus a end of a era that was really a part of America that nobody that I know wished to end as are many other things in the USA that are ending. Riding a elephant as a little kid , well almost as good as riding a UP passenger train to Ontario,oregon from Seattle.I remember the Barnum & Bailey circus train would park and me and dad would get up early and watch the animals head up to the streets to the Seattle Center to the arena,early in the morning,so cool. As much as I'm not a fan of the police these days I remember the SP would stop by the Yesler Terrace projects and hand out some free circus tickets to some kids of all races colours and boys n girls. Every ticket I get these days usually aint free,but sometimes they give me a slow your roll talking to.The circus train will be missed along with all the many talented people stunt preformers carneys and the ole pooper scoopers that got their applause to. May they all return someday for the children and the big kids to. Cheers and thanks for posting Chase. Nothing cuter then a baby elephant. See Hatari the movie. Later .
