Thanks for posting this nice shot. The Alco C424,s were rugged looking locomotives.
I was fortunate to shoot some slides on the Indiana Harbor Belt in 1983. The belt Railway really maintained these units, and I liked the paint scheme. Last but not least, that great Alcoa sound. Best regards.
