Note all the burned chaparral from the Blue Cut Fire that roared through most of Cajon Pass, from Blue Cut to Summit, earlier in 2016. That fire also wiped out this memorial, and what you photographed is the replacement. BNSF's employees wasted no time resurrecting this tribute to the fallen brothers.
