Great shot, Bill! Love those colors and how appropriate for the area. I do appreciate all of the pictures that you have posted. Thank you for sharing, especially the 'oldies'!

As a former CNW employee and life long Green Bay Packer fan, I am also partial to these colors. Also this is quite reminiscent of CNW's attempt at dropping the solid green cabs circa 1972. Fortunately (as a CNW traditionalist) EMD delivered CNW's first SD40-2s in the traditional scheme and the railroad was safe for awhile, until the era of Zito yellow. By the way, former VP-Operations Jim Zito was an amazing railroader. He started at age 16 in Proviso and worked his way up the hard way. I met him numerous times and enjoyed his stories, knowledge and leadership qualities very much. I never worked in operating however, was always in "sales and recreation".

Nice Paint Job, but Ugly Dash 8 Standard Cab Locomotive. Dash 7's look so much better.
