Is that a 16 cannon? It looks like those on the USS North Carolina Battle Ship.I would love to see it

I saw that Gun in 1971 while attending Aberdeen Proving Grounds in Maryland after I had joined the Army and I was at AIT.

The diameter of the projectile is less than 12 inches being German made during WWII. The barrel length is over 70 feet long and the car itself is about 100 feet long.
