That PULLMAN would be the "Dover Harbor" which belongs to the Wash. DC NRHS Chapter and seems to get around a lot.

Wonderful shot, Doug. I had totally forgotten that the power plant (behind Camden warehouse) even existed! I guess that sat in what is now centerfield. Close enough on the sponsor--the primary sponsor of the trip was, in fact, the Baltimore Chapter, NRHS, with Railtours of America and the B&O as a co-sponsors. The excursion was called "The West Virginian", and traveled to Harpers Ferry and Martinsburg via the OML. You could detrain at Harpers Ferry for a 3 hour layover, or continue on to Martinsburg for a 2 hour layover.
