Is there any rhyme or reason to this unit's assignments? Is there a particular place that it frequents?

There's no regular place or time you can count on seeing it in action as it is a "protect" unit; kept around readied for service, but only used as-needed. It is often seen parked at Odenton MOW Base (no public access) waiting for the call to duty, but can also be seen in Washington Terminal between runs and when it visits for servicing.
