Maybe it is the lighting, but that looks like a string of post bankruptcy sale Rock Island GPs on the left. I'm guessing those are units waiting to be fixed after Rock deferred maintenance before being put into CNW service.

Looks like it would have been a good place to go parts shopping.......When the IMRL started back in 97 I used to take the company credit card to Illinois Railway Supply in Cordova and buy parts from their ex-SP Cadillac's for the ones we bought for Taylor Yd storage in LA same place where theirs came from.
