This photo raises the question; "Did the UA Turbos operate between Grand Central Terminal and Boston for a time, OR is this a "special operation" of some kind ?" I had always thought that the Turbos operated out of Penn Station, NY where they made a connection with a Washington - NY Metroliner.

Thanks, Marty, digging a little deeper I found a Penn Central timetable dated June 9 1969 that lists one round trip per day for the Turbo between Boston and NY (Grand Central). It's possible that the Metroliner connection only started with the coming of Amtrak.
