Why do some people insist on placing bushes and other objects in the middle of a good photographic spot. It is cruel and unusual punishment for the fans out there.

I am curious to know the reason why there are 4 air cylinders per truck. The two inner ones are connected together to do what? Do they brake on the center axle or on the traction motor? And didn't the builder make changes to the trucks by only powering the outer axles?
