I have followed, inadvertently, No. 11's career all my life. In the '50's first I saw Beebe's (or was it Cleggs's) shot of it at the Bath and Hammondsport and feeling sad I was too late to see it run. Time passes and I remember feeling encouraged that it was back at the Narragansett. Then, before I knew it, this little beauty was in family neck of the woods in Middletown and I hoped maybe finally I would see it run. Alas not to be. But now, surprise to me, it is running!I will see it this year, hook or by crook!
