It's been said: "It's not truly preserved until it's indoors". There are few museums in the country that have pristine outdoor displays - most are working on viable funding sources to either maintain the equipment outdoors (and repeatedly renew the equipment) or are looking to find a way to house the equipment indoors. Proper management and good leadership go along way, of course, but nothing speaks louder then the Benjamins.
