Nick - Interesting find for a railfan trip. I looked this up on Google Maps and found that it's not necessarily a full-fledged "street" - as much as it's more of the railroad right-of-way that has been commandeered by home owners and is now used as an access road / alley for the few houses located on Globe Street.

I don't know about the commandeering part as it is a named street and has street signs indicating it's name.
