How heavily is the flanger ballasted? Is the train shoving the flanger in revenue or MofW service?

Hi the maximum axle load is as much as I remember 12 metric tons, therefore the flanger will be 24 metric tons. Its a revenue service, depending on snowfall up to every second train is pushing a flanger over the Pass. The Rotary is removing the snow accumulated left and right one time a day. Felix
