Amazing how when this shot was taken, all interest was n the "old" iron. This is a classic what with the F units, Geeps and Alco also being preserved on celluloid. I like it.

BarronMatt, the facility you are referring to is the former Reading Saucon yard just off I-78. This photo is at the old Jersey Central terminal in Bethlehem. Other than a newer office building just out of view to the left, nothing you see here remains here today. The only exception would be that SD40, unless it is CNJ 3069 which was wrecked in 1975.

The old CNJ terminal is on the east end of the Allentown yard. Access was off 16th St. in Bethlehem. As noted, you won't find much there. Mostly MOW supply storage.
