What a sad sight to see, I was in Ashville in 2008 attending an NS sponsored class on rail crossing collision investigate and prevention, I got to ride in the cab of a GE motor from the yard out to some point on the Saluda line and back. Great memories, progress and change make us forget our history and how we have made it to this point.
