Great image and caption, Doug. I visited Elmore/Mullens in early 1976 ( I think) and one TM was active. It was a beautiful day, and I was excited to have a brand new Sigma zoom. Well, as it turned out, Sigma zooms of that era were really terrible, and I got only a couple of decent shots out of maybe 50 frames. Also, I think the TM had been repowered, so my TM experience was already tainted.
