Lower deck of the Western Hills Viaduct in the afternoon little word of advice is the shot when there is no traffic coming since the viaduct is real busy.

No there is a spot along Spring Grove behind a KOI auto part store were you can park and watch trains come in and out of the yard or Tower A which is in Union Terminal which is open Wednesday through Sunday were you can see a little bit of the yard kind of like this shot http://www.railpictures.net/viewphoto.php?id=549735&nseq=34
