It's hard to tell from the photo, are the signals already dark and just haven't been removed yet?

It's been sad to see the CPLs fall everywhere, but it will particularly rough seeing them fall at Mexico, where the physical plant of the railroad, as seen from the road bridge, has remained basically visually unchanged for roughly 50 years.
