Thank you for answering a question I've pondered in recent years-- I wonder if 2681 is still active? I guess my timing was pretty good for a trip up there to get the older GP35s in action. At the time, I was disappointed a TSBY-painted GP35 wasn't leading, but in hindsight, this was a really good day regardless.

To answer your question:
TSBY 2681 is no longer in operation, and has not had it's yearly inspection since 2006. This locomotive is lucky to have not met the torch, as it'll probably be soon, because all it is doing is storing boxes, and miscellanious stuff inside the cab, and taking space in the yard.
