Nice snow scene, reminiscent of many late winter days in the Lehigh Valley. This was originally the Lehigh and New England Railroad's 602, which was based in Arlington, near Tamaqua, and was used on the western end of the railroad. When the CNJ subsidiary Lehigh and New England Railway took over operations of the L&NE Railroad's Bethlehem and Martin's Creek branches, and a segment from Tamauqua to Lansford, th plow was renumbered 353 and assigned to Bethlehem/Tadmor. This plow lasted into the Conrail era, and was scrapped on site, with the carbody meeting its end courtesy of a clamshell bucket .

What a crime that this was not saved! Fortunately, a very similar plow is displayed indoors at the museum in Strasburg, PA
