I'd be looking at some "disgruntled" employee(s) who may have been out to deliberately do something like this...or at least an employee who may have been completely drunk or impaired in some way. I'd be dusting for fingerprints and trying to find as much surveillance video footage around the area if there is / was any surveillance cameras nearby. I'm sure they will eventually find out who did this.
