Not any time soon; EMD "estimate" is 2017. That is one ugly duckling - looks like a cartoon locomotive.

I wish EMD well with this new 4-stroke engine Tier 4 locomotive. Two major builders are required to maintain a competitive balance and ongoing innovation.
