The train was an excursion operated by the Cincinnati Railway Company (not Cincinnati Railroad Club, they had no involvement) and in conjunction with the Allen County Museum and Historical Society. This was the 3rd annual excursions, and this year ran from Lima Lincoln Park to Quincy and back.
