Posted by Mitch Goldman on September 10, 2015  Great shot! Beautiful light and a great location - and an ever so rare plume from NKP #765! Apparently, the new higher concrete wall did not obliterate this vista though a stone facade sure would've been in keeping with the beauty of this location.
