CSX go under the NS or cross at grade ? hard to tell and with the water there going under might be a bit wet.

The industrial track is shared by NS and CSX, and it curves and goes back into the mainline just to the left of the frame. NS owns the bridge but CSX trains between Birmingham and Nashville use it also.
