Nice catch - former Polson Logging Co. #90, later Rayonier #90 after a merger in 1948 now owned by Oregon Memorial Steam Train Association. Last (and first time) I saw this locomotive, it was behind a ratty old barely standing tall fence. The Southern Pacific logo on the tender no doubt to commemorate the heritage or the railroad that owned and operated the line through Garibaldi.
