That looks like a 'clear' route to a switch that is lined for the main on that dwarf signal...unless that's only for that switch that's next to it

Jeff, those are to let Amtrak crews switching to know which way a yard switch is lined. A lunar light appears when they are in the circuit and have locked the switch in place. Until the switch is locked a yard dispatcher can re line the switch. According to a yard engineer I talked with they have had the switch reline on them right before they lock the switch for their move. This creates more work and the crews really dislike these switches.
