MAN! After all that work to get the loco there, it can't even be used. :(

That's a foolishly wasteful oversight that has placed this machine in its current limbo. Seems like one of the very first things the purchaser should have checked is that the loco would actually be able to operate within the dimensional and weight tolerances of their system, before spending the sum to buy and ship it.
